Logan’s work ethic and determination are second to none. As a catcher and true student of the game, he carries a calm, mature presence that elevates the players around him. He has always bet on himself despite any doubters, and with that mentality paired with his ability to stay composed in high‑pressure moments, he will be a powerful example for ESP athletes.
His experience across multiple levels of college baseball, from D3 to the Division I SEC, gives him a unique perspective on player development, offensive approach, catching fundamentals, and the mental side of the game. Logan’s ability to translate his high‑level playing experience into clear, actionable instruction will be a tremendous asset to ESP athletes striving to elevate their performance. We expect those attributes to become a theme —> work hard, stay steady, and compete with intent.
Logan comes from a strong baseball family. His father, Frank Gregorio, was a standout at North Central College, where Logan’s two older brothers (Luke & Cole) also starred. Frank has coached and mentored countless local players, including many years at ESP, and currently coaches at Waubonsie Valley High School. Logan’s teaching style and training fundamentals are heavily influenced by the work ethic, discipline, and competitive mindset instilled in him by his father and brothers.
Logan plans to emphasize intent, discipline, competitive focus, attention to details in the weight room & repeatable mechanics, helping hitters and catchers build confidence while developing the tools needed to succeed at the next level. His amicable demeanor, high baseball IQ, and ability to connect with athletes will make an immediate impact within the ESP development system.
Please join us in welcoming Logan Gregorio to the ESP Baseball & Softball Training staff. We are excited for the impact he will make as we continue strengthening our athlete development pathway.
