ESP Baseball & Softball Training is proud to announce that TJ Harazin has been named the Head Coach of the ESP Select 15U Red (2030s) Team for the upcoming season.
TJ’s journey with ESP comes full circle — having played in the program from 12U through 18U, he now returns to lead the next generation of ESP athletes. Having played & trained with some great coaches & trainers at ESP, his deep understanding of the program’s culture, values, and player development philosophy makes him an ideal fit to guide this young talented group.
Currently, TJ attends Cornell College in Iowa, where he continues his baseball career at the collegiate level. His experience competing at the next level, combined with his firsthand knowledge of the ESP system, gives him a unique perspective on helping players grow both on and off the field.
TJ’s coaching approach will emphasize confidence, composure, and competing the right way. He will draw upon the fundamentals he learned from his coaches over the years to create his own unique coaching foundation. He is committed to helping players develop sound fundamentals, strong character, and a genuine love for the game. He is excited to partner both with ESP Trainer Scott Dudzienski, the former youth coaches of many of his players & his assistant coaches. His calm demeanor, maturity, and ability to connect with athletes will make him a positive influence and role model for the ESP Select 15U Red team as they begin their high school baseball journey.
As the son of educators, TJ has grown up in a great family always wanting to coach, teach and give back to the community. This service oriented mindset is a perfect coaching foundation to help support his desire to follow in his parents' footsteps.
“I’m excited to coach the 15U Red team and give back to a program that has been an important part of my baseball journey. Obviously, I played with ESP from 12U through 18U, so I know what it’s like to be in these players’ shoes. The ESP coaches, teammates, and experiences I had helped shape the player and person I am today. I’m excited to bring what I’ve learned back to ESP, help these players build confidence, compete the right way, and enjoy the game. Most importantly, I want to be a coach they can look up to, learn from, and have fun playing for.” — Coach TJ Harazin
Please join us in congratulating Coach TJ Harazin on his appointment as Head Coach of the ESP Select 15U Red (2030s) Team. We look forward to seeing the impact his leadership, experience, and enthusiasm will have on our athletes and program in the years ahead.
